Rubber does not stretch like leather. Calf measurements are max circumference at the widest point — not stretch.

How to Measure

Stand on a hard floor with your heel against a wall.
Mark the longest toe; measure heel → toe in cm.
Women add 6 mm, men add 8 mm to get insole length.
For calf: sit with knee at 90°, measure widest part, not tight.
Use the larger foot / larger calf when sizes differ.
Wear the socks you'll actually use — thin ankle socks vs wool boot socks change the fit.
No half size? Size up for thick socks, wide feet, or wider calves.
Boots should feel snug at the heel and roomy across the toes.

Always wear socks with rubber boots to avoid rubbing and skin irritation.
